Rio Grande City, Texas - Made possible by Driscoll Health Plan, Rio Grande City announces its 1st Annual FREE Community Health and Wellness Fair, Friday March 4th from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Saturday March 5th from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the AC2E Elementary School in Fort Ringgold. Dedicated to the health and wellness needs of families in the Rio Grande City area, local clinicians and health professionals will provide free health screenings, medical information, education, and health related services including the following:
